This is a Monster high clawdeen wolf custom, transformed to a huldra.
I moved her ears. The tail is from polymere, flocked with her hair.
Huldras are Kind of troll-women from norwegian mythology, that are described to be really beautiful, who lure men deep in the Woods to... who knows. there are tales of huldras marrying human men or fall in love with them. Although they can look like humans they can't hide their tails.
I really don't know, what this Girl is up to. Perhaps she is trying to hide her tail and marry a human man.
In the White Dress (which is removable) she Looks a Little like a birchmaiden. And now is the time for birchmaiden. So, blessed imbolc to all, who celebrate it.
